GOAL: Our mission is to empower job seekers with the proven 6-step insider formula used by hiring managers and recruiters. This career coaching program is designed to enhance your job search success through strategic guidance, but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Achieving career success requires sincere commitment, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude. We provide career strategy recommendations, resume optimization, interview preparation, and job search techniques based on 20+ years of HR and recruiting expertise. Since every individual’s career journey is unique, we cannot guarantee specific results from our recommendations.
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES: Career coaching is not a substitute for legal advice, financial planning, or mental health counseling. Success depends on numerous factors including market conditions, industry trends, geographic location, and individual qualifications. You must maintain regular communication during the program to receive maximum benefit from our coaching services. Please keep us updated on your job search activities, interviews, and any challenges you encounter.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Our website, programs, products and services aim to provide accurate career guidance based on current hiring practices. You are participating voluntarily and are solely responsible for your career decisions and job search results. You acknowledge full responsibility for your career choices, professional development, and all decisions related to your employment now or in the future.
NO GUARANTEES: Our role is to support and guide you through the proven job search process, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. We cannot and do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or specific career outcomes. Each individual’s career success depends on their background, qualifications, dedication, and market conditions.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: There are inherent risks in any career transition or job search process that cannot be foreseen. These may include financial uncertainty, emotional stress, or unforeseen market changes. We are not responsible for your personal choices or actions before, during, or after participation in our programs. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of implementing any career strategies or recommendations provided through our services.
NO LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS: We will not be held responsible or liable for any career decisions, employment outcomes, or financial consequences resulting from your use of our programs and services. In no event will we be liable for any type of direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of income, career setbacks, or employment disputes. By using our services, you fully hold harmless, indemnify and release The Job Seeker 6 and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, damages, claims or demands related to your career outcomes or job search activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content, including the 6-step formula, coaching materials, templates, and strategies are protected by United States intellectual property laws. Content is solely owned by The Job Seeker 6. Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or distribution of program materials is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
CANCELLATIONS: We require 24-hour notice for appointment changes. Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged in full. For Monday sessions, notice must be provided by 12:00 p.m. MST Friday. Emergencies are excluded at our discretion.
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at time of enrollment or according to agreed payment plans. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and will be auto-billed to your credit card. No refunds will be provided. In the event of payment decline, services will be suspended until payment is received.
PROGRAM COMMITMENT: The Job Seeker 6 accepts limited enrollments. If you receive discounted pricing, you are responsible for the entire program fee regardless of completion. Your credit card will be charged for any remaining balance if you discontinue the program early.
1-YEAR UNLIMITED ACCESS: Program access includes current content and future module additions as they are developed during your 1-year access period. Price increases for new enrollments will not affect your existing access.
IMPLICIT AGREEMENT: By purchasing or using The Job Seeker 6 website, programs, products, and services, you implicitly agree to all terms contained in this disclaimer.
